Design is what makes those moments land. We’re looking for a product-focused designer who owns a product area across releases, prototypes with real components and data (AI preferred), and can navigate dense, regulated

Qualifikationen

• Owned a product area across multiple releases with clear framing and decisions.
• Strong UX and visual design capabilities with a standout specialty.
• Experience building with AI and shipping reliable, reusable components or systems.
• Prototyping in code or with AI tools to test ideas and align product & engineering.
• Comfort working with complex data, permissions, and regulated contexts.
• Ability to disagree in public and adjust views when evidence changes.

Aufgaben

• Own a product area across releases and manage cross-cutting components or tooling.
• Prototype to inform decisions using real data/components.
• Decide which research to run and synthesize findings for the team.
• Own success metrics and react to movement in the numbers.
• Define quality criteria (including WCAG 2.0 AA) so standards persist after you move on.
• Present options and recommendations to stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Mentor others and raise the design standard across the team.
