Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI design for B2C products.
• Retail or ecommerce design experience.
• Proficient in modern web/mobile interfaces.
• Experience building design systems.
• Mastery of Figma; familiarity with other tools.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and surveys.
• Portfolio with AI-enabled interactive prototypes.
• Experience shipping production code or collaborating in code repos.

Responsibilities

• Raise the bar on design quality and contribute to the product design strategy.
• Produce rapid prototypes, including AI-assisted prototypes.
• Apply design systems to keep experiences consistent across surfaces.
• Design web and mobile interfaces that solve customer problems with simplicity.
• Conduct customer interviews and surveys to uncover pain points.
• Validate designs with usability testing and iterate based on findings.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, brand, and other stakeholders.
• Bring the voice of the customer into ideation through launch.
