You will drive AI-enabled design practices, set governance, and mentor a growing team while aligning with business goals and technical feasibility.

You’ll work in a hybrid flex arrangement, collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable, accessible experiences that delight Target's guests

Formación

• 7+ years experience as a product designer.
• Proven ability to design scalable UX systems.
• Hands-on with AI in design and prototyping.

Responsabilidades

• Set vision and strategy for content presentation across Homepage and Category.
• Design dynamic, adaptive experiences with real-time personalization.
• Establish governance for AI-driven content and ensure brand consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping and content variation.
