Job summary

Sensos is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape how operators, shippers and customers use Sensos Sync. You will own end-to-end design across live control towers, AI agent workflows, and dashboards, turning complex sensor data into clear, confident decisions.

This senior IC role partners with Product, Engineering, and Data to raise the design bar, ship with AI, and ensure a consistent product and brand experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or data-dense web platforms.
• A stellar portfolio showing how you think: problem, decisions, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong product judgment: you’ve shaped roadmaps or scope and earned input from PMs/engineers.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in prototyping, generative design, and research.
• Excellent interaction and visual craft for data-dense dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving startup pace; ability to lead with minimal direction.
• Clear written and verbal communication across product, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product areas across the Sync web platform, mobile, and customer-facing tracking views.
• Make product decisions with evidence, weigh trade-offs, define scope, and push for simple, customer-centric solutions.
• Design for AI-native workflows: trust, explainability, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
• Turn real-time telemetry, alerts, and exceptions into actionable interfaces for operations teams.
• Prototype with AI design tools, test ideas with real users, and share efficient workflows.
• Engage with customers through discovery with logistics managers, quality teams, and shippers.
