Sensos is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape how operators, shippers and customers see and act on shipments in Sensos Sync. You will own end-to-end product design for core surfaces—from the live control tower to AI agent workflows—and decide the product direction that turns complex sensor data into clear, confident decisions.

This is a senior individual contributor role, partnering daily with Product, Engineering, and Data, helping raise the design bar across the team as we ship with AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or data-dense web platforms.
• A portfolio showing problem, decisions, trade-offs and outcomes.
• Strong product judgment; ability to shape roadmaps/scope.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in prototyping, design and research.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product areas across Sync web platform, mobile and customer-facing views.
• Make product decisions with trade-offs and evidence to support your point of view.
• Design AI-native workflows, with trust, explainability, and human-in-loop considerations.
• Turn real-time telemetry and alerts into actionable interfaces for operations teams.
• Prototype with AI tools and test ideas with real users early.
• Run discovery with logistics managers and shippers; visit warehouses as needed.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, aligning with the VP Experience.
