Trimble seeks a CX Research and Information Designer to transform complex data into compelling visual narratives for construction, mining, and paving industries. You will bridge research with product teams to shape end-user insights and design strategies.

You’ll craft infographics, dashboards, and workflows, plan global sessions, and drive AI-enabled methods to enhance UX across Trimble’s field systems portfolio. Dayton-based role with travel.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in information design, research visualization, or UX design.
• Strong portfolio translating research into visuals and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in UX, Graphic Design, Information Design, or HCI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact visual representations of research data.
• Plan and run global research sessions with interviews and surveys.
• Create data-driven stories and visual narratives for stakeholders.
• Explore interactive prototypes and AI applications to innovate methods.
• Collaborate with Insights and Product teams to translate findings into strategy.
