Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking a Senior Product Designer in the United States. You’ll shape AI-first product experiences across web and mobile, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to turn complex frontline workflows into simple, intuitive tools.

You will own end-to-end design from problem framing to high-fidelity delivery, designing AI-powered features for maintenance technicians and facility managers, and contributing to a scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights for real users solving real problems.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to shape MaintainX’s AI‑first product experience. About You

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
• An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to work across multiple teams and present work to executive stakeholders.
