Iverson Inc. is seeking a design-oriented Framer Developer who can turn stunning designs into life-like web experiences. You will own builds in Framer, work closely with designers, and push the boundaries with custom interactions and code components.

We are looking for a design-oriented Framer Developer. This person takes stunning designs and brings them to life with precision, polish, and a deep understanding of what makes a web experience feel extraordinary. You are equally comfortable in Figma and Framer, and you take pride in shipping sites that look and perform exactly as intended.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the build and launch of client websites in Framer, from initial setup through QA and handoff, ensuring pixel-perfect execution of design intent across all breakpoints.
• Collaborate closely with designers to bridge the gap between static comps and live, interactive experiences, contributing technical insight early in the design process.
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and component logic that go beyond Framer's out-of-the-box capabilities using overrides and code components.
• Maintain and evolve reusable component libraries and CMS structures that keep projects scalable and easy for clients to manage post-launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, keeping projects on track and communicating blockers early.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in web development with at least 1-2 years building production sites in Framer. A portfolio of live Framer projects showcasing range across marketing sites, landing pages, and interactive campaigns is required.
• Technical Depth: Strong command of Framer's component system, CMS, and code overrides. Proficiency in React and TypeScript is a big plus.
• Design Sensibility: A genuine eye for design. You notice when something is 2px off and you fix it without being asked.
• Multitasker: Comfortable managing 3-5 concurrent builds at different stages without letting quality slip.
• Communication: Clear and proactive communicator who can translate technical constraints into plain language for designers and clients alike.
• Extreme Ownership Mentality: You treat every site like it has your name on it. You QA thoroughly, iterate quickly, and ship with pride.
• AI Forward: Using AI tools to move faster and solve problems more creatively across the build process.
