Etsy is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for Buyer Web to lead the design strategy and execution for Etsy’s desktop and mobile web experiences. You will guide a team delivering a cohesive, One Etsy buyer journey across platforms, balancing craft, systems thinking, and business impact.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Design, Growth, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, and Design Systems, and you will be eligible for equity, annual bonus, and comprehensive

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading design for large-scale ecommerce or consumer web experiences.
• Strong systems thinking and expertise in responsive web UX.
• Ability to define ambiguous problem spaces and drive evidence-based solutions.
• Experience mentoring designers and setting performance expectations.
• Understanding of accessibility, performance, and scalable design systems.

• Define and drive initiative-level design strategies across desktop and mobile web.
• Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunities using user insights.
• Coach designers and build a high-trust, performance-oriented team.
• Partner with Brand and Design Systems to ensure accessible, scalable components.
