YO AI Labs is seeking senior Product Design and AI-Assisted Development Experts to create evaluation tasks for AI systems across rapid prototyping, product design, and human-AI collaboration. Remote, fully flexible schedule for independent contractors.

Experience with Figma, design systems, and AI tooling is highly valued. Responsibilities include crafting realistic tasks, using AI coding tools, producing reference prototypes, and developing evaluation rubrics to showcase senior-level judgment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product design and AI-driven development expertise.
• Demonstrated shipped work in design systems or AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong portfolio of design and prototyping work.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic evaluation tasks for rapid prototyping and design-system work.
• Develop tasks involving AI coding tools and design-tracking platforms.
• Produce reference prototypes, design specs, and usability reports.
• Develop rubrics to distinguish senior-level product judgment.
• Collaborate on task refinement and evaluation standards.
