Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related domain.
• Experience with product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements, and deployment.
• Proven expertise in agile story writing and Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and technology teams to deliver results in agile timeframes.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery Manager to boost efficiencies.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and impact analysis of new features.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Assist with testing, release readiness, and production verification.
• Support change management across partners and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Raise blockers to manage dependencies and resources.
