• Exposure to product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated data literacy and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize feedback into clear priorities and delivery actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and reporting; highlight opportunities to improve efficiencies and coordination.
• Use data analytics and product metrics to identify trends, measure delivery performance, flag risks, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute change management across partners and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Track timelines and dependencies, raise blockers to ensure resourcing and alignment with stakeholders.
• Apply structured problem-solving to break down challenges and contribute to practical solutions.
• Explore and apply approved AI and automation capabilities to streamline delivery and accelerate analysis; share learnings to raise AI fluency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable delivery plans aligned with strategic priorities.
