Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in product management, delivery management, or technology leadership roles.
Strong experience leading Product Managers and/or Delivery Managers.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Managers and Delivery Managers responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery outcomes.
Own product vision, strategy, and prioritization for assigned domains, platforms, or initiatives.
Establish and track OKRs focused on business outcomes, value realization, and delivery predictability.
Ensure strong product discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
Own delivery planning and execution, ensuring work is sequenced, resourced, and delivered within approved scope and timelines.
