Job summary

Berkley Technology Services (BTS) is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead CRM and MarTech tool development in the Sales & Marketing IT team. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and execution to meet operating unit needs and grow the business.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage Salesforce projects, and ensure seamless integrations with other systems while staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility for technical direction of a SaaS/PaaS platform, preferably CRM or sales automation.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure, C#, SQL, Python, Apex, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute on the product strategy for CRM, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Work with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop and maintain product specifications and documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other systems.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user data to drive improvements.
• Provide end-user support to ensure effective CRM use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Travel approximately 5-10%.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing IT team and lead the development and optimization of our CRM and MarTech tools . In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our operating units and drive business growth.

• Analyze product performance metrics and user data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
• Provide and necessary support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize their CRM effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Travel approximately 5-10 %
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility for technical direction of a SaaS/PaaS platform , preferably in the CRM or sales automation industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• A high technical acumen including the ability to understand and use technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, C#, SQL, Python, Apex, etc.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive and produce results with little or no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact seamlessly at all levels with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems.
• Ability to function as a valuable team member inside a virtual collaboration environment.
• Must have demonstrated the capability of meeting the key accountabilities or have the ability to learn/perform them.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in related field or equivalent experience.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales , Customer Insights and Power Platform .
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
• Experience with enterprise CRM system interfaces.
• Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
• Agile/Scrum team exposure and experience.
• Knowledge of the P&C Insurance Industry.
• Experience working with .Net applications.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.

• Base Salary Range: $121,000 – $140,000
• Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
