Job summary

BTS is a consultancy specializing in the people side of strategy. As a Strategy Execution Consultant at the Director or Senior Director level, you’ll work directly with leaders from world-class corporations, shaping capabilities and driving revenue for BTS.

The role involves leading teams, interviewing clients, conducting research, and expanding BTS impact across industries. We operate in a hybrid environment with 50% office time when not traveling, and travel 30-50% on average to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in consulting or 15+ years in a relevant industry.
• Proven revenue generation/account management and project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements across multiple initiatives.
• Travel 30-50% when leading client engagements.
• Design, facilitate, and coach experiences (workshops, offsites, simulations).
• Develop and close opportunities to expand BTS work with clients.
