Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Employee Compute to enable stable, scalable product delivery and support change initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into deliverables and help the product continuously deliver value.

The role emphasizes coordinating VDI/remote access initiatives, managing backlogs and milestones, and ensuring risk, controls and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or relevant domain area
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product deployment processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of technology delivery experience in a complex enterprise
• Familiarity with core VDI concepts (VDI, image management, profiles, etc.)
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines in a regulated financial environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute delivery tasks and boost efficiencies
• Support change management activities across partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Raise blockers to manage dependencies and secure resources
• Drive VDI/remote access roadmap execution including backlog grooming and releases
• Translate requirements into epics/stories; track milestones, risks, dependencies; communicate status
• Coordinate VDI/remote access rollouts across dev/UAT/prod with engineering/ops
• Ensure VDI/remote access aligns with security, access management, data protection, and risk standards
• Support control assessments and maintain runbooks/control documentation
• Partner with app teams, cybersecurity, and LOB stakeholders to capture use cases and gather feedback
• Communicate release plans and outages to stakeholders
• Contribute to capacity and demand planning for VDI infrastructure and cost models

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks andidentifyways to boost efficiencies
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
• Drive VDI/remote access roadmap execution: backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning
• Translate requirements and manage delivery: write clear epics/stories; track milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate status to stakeholders
• Coordinate VDI/remote access feature rollouts (images, capacity) across dev/UAT/prod, partnering with engineering/ops to meet stability, availability, and performance SLAs
• Ensure VDI/remote access adheres to firm security, access management, data protection, and operational risk standards
• Support control assessments/evidence gathering (including third-party oversight as needed) and maintain runbooks/control documentation.
• Partner with app teams, cybersecurity, and LOB stakeholders to capture VDI/remote access use cases and requirements; gather feedback/usage insights to drive backlog improvements
• Communicate release plans, outages, and key changes to impacted users and stakeholders
• Contribute input to capacity and demand planning for VDI and remote access infrastructure and associated cost models.
  

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product deployment processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 2+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure engineering, within a complex enterprise

• Familiarity with core VDI concepts (e.g., virtual desktops vs. published apps, image management, profiles, application virtualization, performance and capacity basics)

• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models (e.g., managing backlogs, sprints, releases)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and delivery quality

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines in a large, regulated financial institution environment

Preferredqualifications,capabilitiesand skills

• Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

• Direct exposure to VDI technologies and ecosystems (e.g., Citrix, Omnissa Horizon)

• Experience with large-scale end-user computing, desktop engineering, or infrastructure-as-a-service platforms

• Familiarity with operational risk, controls, and third-party oversight concepts used in JPMorganChase technology and supplier governance

• Industry certifications in project management, product management, or relevant infrastructure technologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum, or vendor-specific VDI certifications)
