Qualificações

• Related technical degree required.
• 7+ years of experience applying analytics to solve complex product or business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Ability to independently define ambiguous problems, develop analytical approaches, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product analytics projects from data modeling and metric design through advanced analysis and implementation, and influence senior stakeholders with concise, executive-ready recommendations.
• Design scalable analytical frameworks and standard product metrics that measure performance and identify trends across teams.
• Build AI-powered analytics and data automations that connect product usage, customer engagement, and business outcomes into workflows for self-service insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design and maintain trusted data models supporting reporting and advanced analytics.
