Salesforce is seeking a Staff Product Data Analyst to join the Slack data & insights group. You will partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and GTM to drive product analytics, design scalable metrics, and shape decisions that improve user and customer experiences.

You will build AI-powered analytics and automations that streamline reporting, enabling teams to answer questions quickly while collaborating with Data Engineering to maintain trusted data models.

Qualificações

• Related technical degree required.
• 7+ years of experience applying analytics to solve complex product problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R).
• Ability to define ambiguous problems and lead initiatives end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product analytics projects from data modeling to executive-ready recommendations.
• Design scalable analytical frameworks and standard metrics across teams.
• Build AI-powered analytics and data automations linking usage, engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain trusted data models for reporting.
