Salesforce’s Slack team is searching for a Staff Product Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, accelerating Slack’s product growth and performance. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and other data teams to tackle complex problems and deliver executive-ready recommendations.

You will also build AI-powered analytics automations that streamline reporting, enabling teams to focus on high-impact analysis and storytelling.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience applying analytics to solve complex product or business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R).
• Ability to define ambiguous problems and lead initiatives end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product analytics projects from data modeling to executive-ready recommendations.
• Design scalable analytics frameworks and standard product metrics across teams.
• Build AI-powered analytics and data automations linking usage, engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain trusted data models for reporting.
