Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Senior Analyst, Product Counsel for Starlink to oversee legal and regulatory aspects of its global product portfolio. You will evaluate new services, support launches, and help scale the team’s processes across 170+ markets.

Role requires legal/regulatory background in telecom/tech, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Onsite in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• In-house experience at tech/telecom/electronics company preferred.
• Experience navigating complex international regulatory regimes.
• Ability to design scalable regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Starlink’s global product portfolio focusing on legal/regulatory issues.
• Research regulatory requirements for new products and markets.
• Design scalable compliance solutions for product launches.
• Manage regulatory filings and license applications for product launches.
• Review marketing campaigns for legal/regulatory issues.
• Automate recurring processes and maintain data repositories.
• Improve efficiency within Product Counsel function.
• Manage tariffs and price-list filings.
• Handle regulatory responses to customer complaints.
• Support broader regulatory compliance efforts.
