Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Regulatory Analyst, Product Counsel to support Starlink’s regulatory posture across 170+ markets from our Washington, DC office. You will evaluate new products, advise on compliance, and help scale processes across the legal team.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, manage filings, review campaigns for regulatory issues, and design scalable workflows. The role blends legal judgment with technical understanding in a fast-moving space company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Onsite in Washington, DC required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Starlink’s global product portfolio with focus on legal and regulatory issues.
• Research regulatory requirements across multiple countries for new products and services.
• Design and implement scalable compliance solutions.
• Manage license applications and regulatory filings for product launches.
• Review marketing campaigns for legal/regulatory issues.
• Automate recurring processes and maintain data repositories.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations within Product Counsel.
• Manage regulatory filings such as tariffs and price lists.
• Respond to formal regulatory customer complaints.
• Support broader regulatory compliance efforts across the legal team.
