Job summary

SpaceX in Washington, DC is seeking a Legal Analyst, Product Counsel to support Starlink’s satellite internet and mobile products worldwide. You will evaluate new products, advise on regulatory obligations, and help scale legal processes across multiple markets.

The role requires 2+ years in a regulated industry with in-house experience, strong regulatory acumen, and the ability to translate complex topics for cross-functional teams. Onsite only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a regulated, in-house or tech environment.
• Experience handling multinational regulatory requirements.
• Ability to design scalable regulatory processes.
• Proficient with LLMs, Linux, APIs, SQL or GIS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Starlink’s global product portfolio, bridging internal teams.
• Research regulatory requirements for products across countries.
• Design scalable compliance solutions.
• Manage regulatory filings and license applications.
• Review marketing campaigns for legal/regulatory issues.
• Automate recurring processes and maintain data repositories.
• Identify opportunities to streamline Product Counsel operations.
• Manage regulatory filings such as tariffs and price lists.
• Support broader regulatory compliance efforts across the legal team.
