SpaceX is seeking a Legal Analyst, Product Counsel to support Starlink’s satellite internet and mobile products across 170+ markets. The role focuses on legal and regulatory oversight of product portfolio, launch support, and scalable internal processes.

Responsibilities include cross-country regulatory research, license filings, and ensuring campaigns comply with laws. The position is based in Washington, DC onsite, with a compensation range reflecting Level 1 and Level 2 bands, plus incentives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• In-house tech/telecom/electronics experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
• Experience building scalable regulatory processes and workflows.
• Strong technical skills with tools like LLMs, Linux, APIs, SQL, or GIS.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME on Starlink’s global product portfolio focusing on legal and regulatory issues.
• Research and analyze regulatory requirements for new products, services, and marketing strategies across multiple countries.
• Design scalable solutions to meet compliance obligations.
• Manage license applications and regulatory filings for product launches.
• Review marketing campaigns for legal/regulatory issues.
• Automate recurring processes and maintain data repositories for efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations in Product Counsel.
• Manage regulatory filings such as tariffs and price lists.
• Respond to regulatory customer complaints.
• Support broader regulatory compliance efforts within the legal team.
