Job summary

Thatch is seeking a Managing Product Counsel to partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams. You will own regulatory architecture for new features, contribute to disclosure judgments, and guide how products meet evolving compliance requirements.

You will also help scope, design, and deliver patient-centered healthcare tech safely and efficiently. You will build scalable processes, write essential agreements, and coordinate with IP and privacy teams to protect assets while maintaining

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 9+ years of legal practice, including in-house support for Product/Engineering.
• Strong ability to read product specs and identify legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded counsel to Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Advise on regulatory architecture of the product (ICHRA, IRS, ERISA, ACA).
• Partner with Compliance on product-facing regulatory review and pre-launch design/disclosure judgments.
