Qualifikationen

• JD with in-house product/engineering support experience
• Experience advising regulated consumer products built into the product
• Strong written and oral communication for cross-functional teams

Aufgaben

• Serve as embedded counsel to Product, Engineering, and Design from scoping through launch
• Advise on regulatory architecture (ICHRA, ERISA, ACA, licensing obligations)
• Own pre-launch design and disclosure judgments with Compliance
• Review in-product disclosures, onboarding, enrollment flows, and product marketing
• Draft terms of service, user agreements, consents, notices, and disclosures
• Counsel on privacy, data use, and AI-powered features with scalable review processes
• Identify protectable IP assets and coordinate with IP counsel
• Build scalable launch checklists, playbooks, and training for teams
• Collaborate with legal to set standards for product legal work at Thatch
• Partner with commercial counsel on downstream contractual commitments
• During six months: embed with product/engineering, write standards, create playbooks
