Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including at least 3 years specializing in cost accounting, BOMs, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data and synthesize findings for senior leaders.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• CMA or MBA preferred.
• Experience SAP and OneStream is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for COGS across one or more Polaris product lines.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis for assigned product lines.
• Partner with Purchasing and Engineering to understand drivers and provide decision support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide financial support for product costing, purchasing, and manufacturing plants.
• Develop and enhance processes and tools used to calculate and analyze operating metrics across functions affecting COGS.
