Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support production and operations teams with product costing, financial reporting, and performance insights.

The role focuses on margins, cost optimization, and improving processes as the company rolls out a new ERP in August 2026. Collaboration with procurement, production, and finance will be essential to deliver accurate cost models and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with Bills of Material (BOMs) and product costing.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and production teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Mansioni

• Assist in product yield reporting and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compile and distribute weekly P&L statements for the production team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Update and manage Bills of Material (BOMs), ensuring alignment with current production processes and material inputs.
• Partner with material buyers and procurement teams to validate and update material costs.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand labor inputs and incorporate accurate labor costing into product cost models.
• Analyze product costs, providing actionable insights to operations and pricing teams.
• Help set up new costing and reporting structure in the new ERP scheduled to go live in August 2026.
