Job summary

Northern Trust, based in Chicago, is hiring for a Product Control role within Hedge Fund Services. The candidate will act as the main client contact, overseeing the reporting of trading profit & loss and ensuring valuation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in valuations or alternative asset operations.
• Experience in a middle office, product control, or audit environment.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily P&L process support for multiple clients.
• Review quality control checks and resolve exceptions.
• Engage with clients to explain P&L differences.

Skills

Understanding of trade lifecycle

Experience with pricing vendors
