You will partner with product, marketing and sales teams to craft messaging, build media relations, and guide launches across traditional and emerging media.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications, marketing, journalism or related field with 2+ years external comms.
• Bachelor's degree in business/communications/marketing/journalism or related field with 4+ years in comms.
• Proven track record leading global communications strategies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align senior stakeholders in high-pressure contexts.
• Excellent media relations and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience integrating AI tools into communications workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day communications lead for LinkedIn Talent Solutions products and stories.
• Oversee strategy, planning, and execution of product announcements from concept to launch.
• Be the subject matter expert on LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business and products.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier media across tech, business, HR, and creators.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders and internal partners.
• Translate technical products into compelling storytelling to drive coverage.
• Write product messaging, FAQs, briefing books and content for owned channels.
• Use AI tools to identify emerging storylines and optimize media discoverability.
