Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Product Associate to help develop and optimize digital products for Business Banking.

You will partner with Product and cross-functional teams to turn user insights into features that improve the customer journey and drive business value. In this role, you will contribute to the roadmap by conducting user research, analyzing metrics, and writing clear requirements, epics, and user stories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent expertise.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for product changes, understanding the impacts on the customer journey, back-end systems and test environment cycles.
• Partners closely with product and cross-functional teams to help deliver against the product roadmap, sequencing activities for product changes that optimize the customer experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments, using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive clarity and direction
