Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in the Credit Solutions Team to help shape product experiences by translating customer needs into clear requirements and guiding a data-informed lifecycle.

You will partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver value, conduct user research, and track performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement. Expect collaboration across teams and opportunities to influence product strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in product management or related domain.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Experience supporting discovery, requirements definition, and backlog refinement.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through customer discovery and market research
  • Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of feature changes to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience

  • Monitor delivery outcomes against time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmap execution, scope, and delivery milestones
  • Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and delivery partners

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through customer discovery and market research

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience supporting discovery, requirements definition, and backlog refinement
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform product decisions
  • Developing proficiency in data literacy and basic product analytics
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Experience applying user research insights to roadmap prioritization and feature design
  • Familiarity with agile product practices and writing clear acceptance criteria
  • Experience partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements
  • Ability to create simple, compelling narratives that align stakeholders to decisions
