Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in the Business Lending Payments team to shape how customers manage their business loan payments and lines of credit at scale. You will own the UX and platform experience, guide product launches, gather feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive customer value and business outcomes.

You will lead discovery efforts, set priorities, define success metrics, and maintain a healthy backlog across initiatives

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Strong product mindset with customer-first thinking and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent

As a Senior Associate in the Business Lending Payments team, you are an integral part of a team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You own the UX and platform experience that helps customers digitally manage their business loan payments, acting as the voice of the customer while guiding product launches, gathering feedback, and delivering top-tier experiences across a wide range of initiatives and partner teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers
• Partner with Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to define and deliver customer journeys and strategic platform initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Strong product mindset with customer-first thinking, crisp problem definition, principled prioritization, and measurable outcomes
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Familiarity with AI tooling such as agentic workflows, generative AI tools, or workflow automation
• Background in Payments, Fintech, or Lending
