Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Card Data within Consumer & Community Banking to drive product development and optimization. You will leverage user research and customer feedback to create innovative products and improve existing offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to a data-driven roadmap by collecting journey maps, market analyses, and product metrics while shaping the future direction of our card products across the development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and ML/LLM models
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs through user research
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience
• Collects user research, journey maps, and market analysis to inform the roadmap and feature value
• Analyzes product metrics across development life cycle to measure work time, cost, and quality
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Hands‑on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and ML/LLM models
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
