Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Analytics professional to partner with product teams, shaping analytics capabilities and guiding data-driven decision making across products and pillars.

You will own measurement strategies from definition to interpretation, ensuring accuracy and trust across teams, with a focus on adoption, engagement, and go-to-market metrics. Hybrid work in Seattle, with in-office Tuesdays–Fridays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product analytics or a closely related role.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills; programming for analytical workflows.
• Experience with user engagement metrics (activation, retention) and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical partner to product managers; pressure-test questions before scoping analyses.
• Define what needs to be measured; specify event taxonomy and tracking requirements; validate data lands correctly.
• Build and maintain durable data models and applied analyses to transform telemetry into insights.
• Explore how AI agents can perform or accelerate analytics; define data structures for agents.
