Qualifications

• 8+ years in data or product analytics in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
• Experience building instrumentation strategies and tracking plans
• Proven ability to create self-serve dashboards used by multiple teams
• Strong storytelling to translate data into actionable business decisions

Responsibilities

• Build data foundation across Product Development and design scalable analysis assets
• Develop data-driven recommendations with storytelling and visualizations
• Create self-serve dashboards empowering teams to explore data
• Lead deep-dive analyses on funnel, retention, cohorts and feature adoption
• Bridge product data with cross-functional decision-making
• Create repeatable analytical workflows and scalable processes
