Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Staff Product Analyst, Care to drive data-driven decision making across Finance, Product, Engineering, Growth and Operations. You will analyze prescription processing and patient care operations, design scalable data models, and build dashboards to empower stakeholders.

You will translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations, collaborate across teams, and support strategic initiatives with SQL-based data extraction and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc).
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of prescription processing and patient care operations to inform key business decisions.
• Design and build scalable data models to improve access to insights and support faster decisions.
• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting using SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to provide analytical visibility and data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis on large datasets to support reporting and monitoring.
• Influence business strategy by delivering analyses that drive measurable operational and financial impact.
• Contribute to growing the Data Science & Analytics function through collaboration and process improvement.
