Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Finance Lead to join our Finance team. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ops to define roadmaps and develop financial systems, driving insights and improving decision-making across the company.

You will forecast, plan, and analyze budgets while partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance and operational costs. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of corporate finance experience with demonstrated growth.
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead process to prepare financial forecasts in partnerships with leaders across the company.
• Support annual operating plan cycle including target setting, guideline creation, managing calendar and milestones and producing presentations for senior leadership and board of Managers.
• Collaborate with leadership team to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Operations teams across Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs.
• Partner with senior management on assessing and analyzing critical business decisions.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs tied to strategic goals and evaluate team performance against these metrics.
