Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to lead the metrics strategy and partner with Product and Operations to ensure high-quality data informs business decisions, launches, and operations. You will manage a team responsible for designing metrics, evaluating product features, and driving analytics across the organization.

The role blends business and technical leadership, organizational design, and cross-functional collaboration to shape decision-making in a fast-growing healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or related data insights roles.
• Expertise in analytics engineering, data modeling, DBT, and Git.
• Experience designing metrics and instrumentation.
• Proven cross-functional analytics collaboration with Product and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead metrics strategy and collaborate with Product and Operations to drive data-informed decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team to design meaningful metrics for product launches and operations.
• Own data platform evolution, ensuring scalable, reusable data assets.
• Surface durable dashboards to monitor product and operational health.
