Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Senior Product Analytics Developer to define how customer experiences are measured and improved across digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.

You will design analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities, translating complex questions into measurable outcomes that drive customer value and organizational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience in analytics.
5+ years of experience in product/digital analytics or BI.
Healthcare analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define measurement strategies and success metrics for customer-facing products.
Develop analytics data products, dashboards, and data models.
Translate business questions into actionable analytical solutions.
Provide insights to influence product strategy and investment decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Ensure data quality and governance across analytics platforms.
