Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Senior Product Analytics Developer to lead measurement of customer experiences across digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and leaders to build scalable analytics solutions that inform strategy, improve engagement, and drive business outcomes.

You will design analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities, advancing measurement standards and data quality across the organization’s health‑tech platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product analytics, customer analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or data product development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define how customer experiences are measured and improved across digital products.
• Develop analytics data products, metrics, dashboards, semantic models, and NLQ capabilities.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions guiding product strategy and investments.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across analytics platforms.
• Communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including leadership.
