Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to define how customer experiences are measured across our digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions that translate data into actionable insights.

You will design analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities to understand engagement, adoption, retention, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product analytics, customer analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or data product development.
• Education aligned with analytics or data-driven roles.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategies and analytics frameworks for customer-facing products.
• Design and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Deliver insights to influence product strategy and investments.
• Ensure data quality and governance across analytics platforms.
