Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Manager of Advanced Analytics II to own the vision and roadmap for enterprise product analytics, guiding how customer experiences are measured and improved across the system.

You will lead a team delivering scalable analytics data products, partnering with product, design, engineering, and executive stakeholders to define success metrics and customer journey insights that drive engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 7 Years of experience in analytics, data product, or BI teams within healthcare.
• Experience leading analytics, data product, customer analytics, or BI teams.
• Strong product management mindset with roadmap and measurement framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for product analytics capabilities aligned with CX objectives.
• Lead and develop analytics professionals and data product developers.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, and business leaders to define success metrics and analytics strategies.
• Translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and solutions.
• Drive self-serve analytics adoption and data-driven decision making.
