Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC is seeking a senior Digital Analytics professional to design, develop, and implement data models with statistical and machine learning expertise.

You will monitor metrics across product initiatives, gather insights, and drive data-informed decisions for optimization of revenue, reach, and engagement. You will mentor entry-level analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish analytics standards while communicating complex findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Digital Data domains.
• Ability to analyze and develop actionable insights for digital products and experiences.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into performance narratives.
• Proficiency with Excel for analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Experience in website tagging, journey tracking, and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with statistical modelling/machine learning and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data models with ML expertise.
• Monitor, analyze, and report metrics for product initiatives (revenue, reach, engagement).
• Develop data visualizations (Tableau) to communicate performance against objectives.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define analytics requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead analytics training and standards.
