Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop and implement data models with ML expertise. You will monitor metrics for product initiatives including revenue, reach and engagement, and drive optimization through data mining and analysis across digital products.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and ensure tagging standards and best practices are followed. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and digital data domains.
• Ability to translate data and insights into performance stories for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DTM) across apps.
• Define requirements, specifications and documentation for tagging and analytics.
• Develop data visualizations and communicate digital performance against objectives.
