Job summary

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital - ALSAC is seeking a senior data analytics professional to design, develop, and implement data models with statistical and ML expertise across the digital product portfolio.

You will monitor metrics such as revenue, reach, and engagement while driving optimization of product development and marketing strategies. The role requires strong communication, ability to mentor entry‑level analysts, and experience with digital analytics tools and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years' experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Digital Data domain.
• Experience turning data and insights into performance stories for strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate analytics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support digital analytics tool implementation and maintenance (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DTM).
• Collaborate with analysts to define requirements and maintain documentation (Adobe SDR).
• Develop analytics tracking code, troubleshoot events and tags across web properties.
• Design data visualizations using Tableau and other tools to communicate performance.
• Lead cross-functional analytics standards, training, and best practices.
• Identify data collection issues and coordinate with product teams for resolution.
