Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a data analytics professional to design and implement data models with ML expertise. You will monitor metrics for the digital product portfolio, mine data for actionable insights, and develop visualizations to communicate performance.

Use Tableau and analytics tools, collaborate with product and marketing, and lead analytic standards while educating teams through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Digital Data domain.
• Analyze and develop actionable insights for digital products and experiences.
• Strong communication to translate data into a performance story.
• Proficiency with Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Able to work with large datasets across multiple sources.
• Experience in website tagging and journey tracking; SQL a plus.
• Understand tagging structure and validation with browser tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data models with ML expertise.
• Monitor, gather, analyze, and report metrics for product initiatives.
• Mine data from organization databases to optimize product and marketing strategies.
• Develop data visualizations (Tableau) to communicate digital performance.
• Collaborate with product and digital marketing for metric definitions and tagging accuracy.
• Lead analytics standards, train teams, and create training materials.
