Job summary

Lucidya, an AI-native platform for CX intelligence, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to turn data into actionable product decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to define success metrics, monitor adoption, and surface insights before stakeholders ask for them.

You’ll be near the product, analyzing journeys, funnels, and cohorts, and translating complex data into clear recommendations for leadership and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, BI, or closely related field.
• Strong SQL and data storytelling abilities.
• Experience with product metrics: funnels, journeys, cohorts, retention, adoption, churn.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and leadership to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Turn product data into decisions by explaining why something happened and what to do next.
• Define success with KPIs, metrics, and measurement plans before features launch.
• Analyze journeys, funnels, cohorts, adoption, engagement and churn to identify opportunities.
• Assess feature performance and advise on improving, scaling, repositioning, or stopping initiatives.
• Provide evidence-based insights to support product discovery and prioritisation.
• Create clear, actionable storytelling and visuals for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build self-serve dashboards and documentation to empower product teams.
