Job summary

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to bring data-driven decisions into the product process. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering to understand how customers use our platform, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You’ll build repeatable analytics, define success metrics, and develop dashboards and self-serve resources that scale across teams.

• Turn data into decisions by understanding why it happened and what it means.
• Define meaningful KPIs, success metrics, and measurement plans before features launch.
• Analyze journeys, funnels, cohorts, adoption, engagement, retention, churn, and behavioural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate whether features deliver value and guide decisions to improve, scale, reposition, or discontinue initiatives.
• Bring quantitative evidence to product discovery and identify high-impact problems to solve.
