Job summary

Horizon3 is a fast-growing cybersecurity company offering NodeZero platform solutions. We seek a Federal Senior Product Analytics Engineer who bridges product data modeling with trusted, governance-focused analytics to power our Federal business and platforms.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Product teams to shape the canonical data layer, certify metrics, and deliver self-service analytics while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience spanning data engineering and analytics, ideally bridging both
• Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and/or government approved equivalents
• Hands-on experience building production data pipelines and stakeholder-facing analytics/dashboards
• Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into governed, well-documented data models

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT pipelines and data models translating raw product usage into analytics assets
• Partner with Product Engineering on canonical product data layer with governed data
• Support taxonomy definition, metrics certification, and documentation to governance standards
• Build and own the semantic layer and self-service data models for Product Analytics
• Own data quality monitoring and anomaly detection for product usage data
• Contribute analytics engineering to expansion/upsell cohorts and metric production
• Define analytics standards and tooling alignment with company-wide methodology
• Present data concepts clearly to engineering and leadership
• Drive engineering best practices within Product Analytics data assets
• Ensure tooling and data flows comply with FedRAMP, IL4/5 and classified workloads
