BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to deliver critical insights that influence product strategy and executive decisions. You will own analyses, build models, and develop scalable dashboards that inform business choices and drive improvements in product performance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience, proficiency in Python or R, and strong communication to explain complex concepts to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience performing quantitative data analysis in tech or internet companies.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical decisions.
• Strong statistics background and ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field with academic excellence.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on tight deadlines with business impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python or R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar frontend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities to improve products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to enhance product insights.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
